Stephanie is an actor, Casting Director, and founding member of Mortar Theatre Company. Stephanie is from the Pacific Northwest where she attended the University of Washington and received a BA in Comparative History of Ideas and Theatre. During undergrad she concentrated on Directing and Costume Design, winning the John Ashby Conway scholarship for Design. Stephanie has been an assistant costume designer and designer for many Seattle companies such as: Book-It Theater, Seattle Shakespeare, GreenStage, and Ghost Light Theatricals. Stephanie received her MFA in Acting from Penn State University. In Chicago, she has been seen on stage at Lookingglass Theatre Company (Trust) and in multiple Mortar Theatre productions: Armed with Peanut Butter (Nov 2009), Inherit the Whole (June 2010), Under America (September 2010), and Corazón de Manzana (Aug-Sept 2011). Other credits include: The Dining Room and Hay Fever (Pennsylvania Center Stage), Henry V, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, The Cherry Orchard, and The Mamet Sketches (Penn State University).
